Expert nature guides and storytellers will lead young people and their families in activities that engage their senses in nature. Adults and children will explore the natural environment of Seneca Park, create mementoes that memorialize the experience, and leave with a plan for further nature exploration in Seneca Park and elsewhere.

A time to share our pride and love for our parks and all members of the community. We hope to create a safe space for all that will be a time to connect with others in the beautiful Genesee Valley Park.
This two-day symposium will bring educators and their partners together to experience and learn about nature-based learning through engagement with the environment, relationship-building, discussion, and workshops. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the benefits of nature-based learning, practical tools for implementing nature based learning, and connections to a network of practice.
The networking hour at the end of the first day of the symposium will be an opportunity for making connections and building relationships that create nature based learning opportunities. On Saturday, October 1 from 7:00 - 10:00 Rochester Ecology Partners is hosting a fall campfire celebration. We invite you to gather around the campfire with us for a night of community celebration as we end a successful summer and begin an awesome autumn.
On Sunday, September 25th at 11:00 we will paddle from LaSalle's Landing Park to Devil's Cove. This five mile round trip will follow the west side of Irondequoit Bay. When we arrive we will take some time for snack and exploration of the park. We invite everyone to join us.
On November 4th from 7:00pm-10:00pm join the Rochester Ecology Partners for a cozy night enjoying local wines, cheeses and community! All are welcome.
The first day of 2023 is a great opportunity to get some fresh air, enjoy the company of others, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Highland Park. Join us for a leisurely walk, or just chilling out, in a place that is perfect for reflecting on what a fresh start means.
