About #OptOutside Hikes
Several years ago the outdoor gear coop, REI launched an initiative to get people outside, rather than shopping, on the day after Thanksgiving. They named the initiative #Optoutside and encouraged community groups to share hikes people had organized. https://www.rei.com/opt-outside
